Medina Korda Poole is Chief Operating Officer of Materia Therapeutics and a PMP-certified executive with over 20 years of experience in operations, program execution, and capital strategy. Prior to joining Materia in January 2026, she held senior leadership roles at RTI International, where she generated over $350 million in new business. Throughout her career, she has managed projects ranging from $15-$60 million in size and oversaw project management representing $90 million in annual spend. She has also served as both board president and member and currently participates on the investment review committee of a Vitality Venture Fund. Ms. Poole holds a Master’s degree from Duke University.
